We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the Project Manager position to join our team and lead a major project in Drobeta Turnu-Severin, Mehedinți. If you have strong leadership skills and relevant experience in managing construction projects, we invite you to apply.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage civil and industrial construction projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, etc.
  • Manage resources, costs, and project timelines.
  • Ensure deadlines and budgets are met according to the project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and collaborators.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and report site status to company leadership.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions within projects.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in project management within civil/industrial construction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry regulations.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Team management and leadership abilities.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management and design tools: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • English language skills (an asset).
