Site Manager, Civil Engineer

Location: Drobeta Turnu-Severin

Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer for the role of Site Manager to join our team and oversee a major project in Drobeta Turnu-Severin, Mehedinți County. If you have strong leadership skills and relevant experience in construction project management, we invite you to apply.

• Site Management: Plan, organize, and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to budgets, deadlines, and technical specifications.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all works comply with project plans and quality standards. Monitor and manage on-site issues.
• Communication & Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with the site team, clients, authorities, and suppliers. Manage conflicts and negotiate practical solutions.
• Resource Management: Oversee site personnel, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Project Administration: Manage technical documentation, permits, and legal procedures.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to company management.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Strictly enforce workplace health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in site management.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry regulations.
• Experience in civil and/or industrial construction.
• Advanced communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong team management and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and design software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for travel.
• English language proficiency is an advantage.
